Day 216 Mile 216: Birthday Run!

20170804_114547-01
Day 216 Mile 216: Birthday Run! Today I am officially 1 day older than I was this time yesterday, and I can now celebrate the fact that I have miraculously survived to see the a 37th game of ‘Here-We-Go-Round-The-Great-Burning-Ball-Of-Gas-In-The-Sky-Again’!

Thanks to all the family, friends and well wishers. I quickly dashed out to get a run in so as not to spoil the fun and before I get too full of cake and good cheer!

Tomorrow may be more of a challenge!

Best

Ed

  1. Happy birthday Ed! And I have a small present: a suggestion for a run. Today I ran around in the RSPB reserve near Pentre Berw, and they have a 1.25 mile round route there, which is rather pretty, and has the added bonus of going past the only tangible relics of Anglesey coal mining I know of. It’s not far from Bangor! I don’t think I have seen this location come past on your blog yet…
