Day 202 Mile 202 Sunset Club. Today’s run is later than usual on account of lots of traveling over the last few days and needing to get a run in before tea and sofa collapse! I’m back in the Welsh village of Penmaenmawr and the post storm light feels very familiar.
The colours have a muted and autumnal hue to them and the air seems clear inspite of being rather damp! I’ve also got a slightly congested right ear today which makes for a strangely tidal opening and closing sound timed to my breathing modulating the road noise of the expressway a hundred or so feet below.
All in all a slightly odd experience but one that adds to the tapestry of life. Right then Saturday night dinner on the sofa!I’m running a mile each day everyday for 2017. If you feel you can sponsor me please do, as all the money raised will go to the Cleft Lip & Palate Association (CLAPA) who provide services all across the UK to support people affected by it.
Distance: 1717.7 meters recorded
(1 mile = 1609.34 m.)
Thanks as ever for all the support!
