Day 98 mile 98: Clear skies at Conwy. Today is beautiful. The sky is completely clear and the morning frost has already resolved into dew on the way to evaporating. I’m down the Conwy estuary doing the 5k Parkrun with some friends. Good people, nice weather, new PB. Job done!
Thanks for the support as ever!
Yes it way that hot, massive thanks to SJ Photography
for catching this snap of me in my ‘groovy trousers’.
I’m running a mile each day everyday for 2017. If you feel you can sponsor me please do, as all the money raised will go to the Cleft Lip & Palate Association (CLAPA) who provide services all across the UK to support people affected by it.

Today’s ear worm, incredibly cheese-y but it came on the radio on the way there and is somehow right for the day… and I hate myself for this!
