If you are going to try and run this route, please take care on the footpath at the start. The bit that looks a bit boggy is precisely that. I had to go into work barefoot afterwards to have a wash, having disappeared up to my knees in a puddle.
On an entirely different note good luck to Wales for the 6 Nations this evening!
I’m running a mile each day everyday for 2017. If you feel you can sponsor me please do, as all the money raised will go to the Cleft Lip & Palate Association (CLAPA) who provide services all across the UK to support people affected by it.

p.s. Before anyone calls me out on it, the photo was taken a couple of days ago on a recce of the route hence why it is a bit sunnier than today!
