Day 39 mile 39: Sunrise Tea. A quick dash out this morning as today is a busy one! There are many drawbacks to getting up and going for a run; getting up, and going for a run are just two of them. However when running a short distance I’ve discovered it’s possible to get up, put the kettle on, make a cup of tea, run and be back in time for it to still be warm. 🙂 This combined with being back in time to watch the sunrise with a cuppa was incentive enough. Sadly it turned out to be a bit cloudy though.
Nice to get out in the dry and to hear the jackdaws waking up and sorting out their plans for the day ahead in the tree opposite the antique shop.
Thanks to all for the ongoing support 🙂
I’m running a mile each day everyday for 2017. If you feel you can sponsor me please do, as all the money raised will go to the Cleft Lip & Palate Association (CLAPA) who provide services all across the UK to support people affected by it.
