Alltwen is a natural target for this sort of thing. It is a big hill which physically divides the coastal communities and has a road going over its south ‘col’ with a lay by. So, the obvious thing to do is park there and run up and down.
It’s a hard mix of loose gravel, mid and steep gradients, but the views complete with snow and wild ponies make for an astounding adventure!
Right, back for breakfast! 🙂
