What an amazing morning. After a cold clear night and a frost down to sea level midday brought us this.
A beautiful run from the pier, up the hill, around the old Roman Camp (ironically believed to have instead been settled by the Normans in C12th) and back down past the stone circle put there during the 1931 Eisteddfod. Astounding views out over the Menai Straits and the Snowdonia National park.
Good tunes to run too as well and it was great to meet up friend or two at the end completely by chance.
Something this amazing can’t actually be good for you surely 🙂 I’m sure that over the course of the year there will be some down moments to running everyday but this is one of the good ones, although he rubbish ones will probably not get typed about as much!
Thanks to all those who have recently donated sponsor money, its much appreciated, you know who you are 😀
Take care and see you tomorrow.
