Day 4, Running into the dawn, listening to music and remembering what hills are. 07:52AM 4th Jan 2017

img_8495Hello day 4. In order to fit stuff into today I had to go and run this early (by my standards) in the morning. While running through the transition of night into day is often really hard work as legs and lungs tend not to be awake there is something wonderful about the gradual revelation and reawakening of the world around. Today’s run was also a lot more hilly than the last three days, this was only going to be a matter of time living in North Wales. So I put on some quite transcendent music and floated my way up and down the hill though the dawn. It wasn’t fast but it was really beautiful.

Distance: 1614.0 meters recorded

(1 mile = 1609.34 m.)

Elapsed time: 11 minutes, 22 seconds
